The main requirement for admission to the PhD Program in Human Capital Formation and Labour Market Relations is to hold an academic degree accomplished in accordance with the legislation in effect prior to Ministerial Decree 509/1999, a postgraduate degree (Ministerial Decree 509/1999), a Master's degree (Ministerial Decree 270/2004) or other fit international qualification, as explained in the related application announcement.
The PhD candidate is invited to submit a research project according to the application requests and selection enrolment modalities stated in the announcement; in case of positive evaluation, he/she will be admitted to an interview. The PhD Program identifies as qualifying and preeminent those research projects which, on the basis of specific awareness formulated by Contemporary Epistemology, Philosophical Anthropology, Psychology (especially Clinical Psychology), Pedagogy and Educational Sciences, Industrial Relations Law, Sociology and Territorial Analyses, examine the changes in the educational, economic, social, demographic, technological, environmental and geo-political processes produced by the new and great transformation of labour and determined by the widespread irruption of technologies in the fields of communication, production and supply of goods.
